Where my journey began

I started my journey in executive search/headhunting in some of the world’s most recognised search firms. Later, I moved in-house, leading Talent Acquisition and Talent Management for global organizations in industries as diverse as FMCG, retail, agriculture, banking and healthcare.

What these experiences taught me is that true transformation is never just about the next role or the next promotion. It’s about confidence, clarity and the ability to reinvent yourself in changing contexts.
